Performance
The life you have learned to manage, achieve, and present.
Private 1:1 coaching · global · zoom
Private coaching for the moments when success, identity, desire, relationships, or purpose start asking for more honesty.
For people who are done performing a life that no longer feels fully true.
You may have built a life that works.
The work. The relationship. The reputation. The competence. The role people know you for.
And still, something underneath may be asking for your attention.
Not always as a crisis. Sometimes as dullness. Restlessness. Disconnection. A repeating pattern. A loss of desire. A private sense that the outer life is functioning, while the inner life is no longer telling the truth.
This is where the work begins.
Dare to be Sensitive — TEDxLambeth
Kapil Gupta
I have spent much of my life studying what happens when people stop performing and start telling the truth.
I have seen it in boardrooms, intimate relationships, men’s groups, coaching rooms, and my own life: human beings can build impressive lives while quietly abandoning themselves inside them.
My work sits at the intersection of self-awareness, identity, emotional maturity, sexuality, conscious relating, leadership, and human transformation.
Before Nibana, I spent 15 years in the corporate world, built and led transformational communities, spoke on the TEDx stage, and worked with people navigating success, desire, intimacy, purpose, crisis, reinvention, and the private questions they often cannot bring anywhere else.
This work is not theory for me. It is lived terrain.
The Method
Most people do not lose themselves all at once.
They adapt. They achieve. They become useful. They become impressive. They become who life, family, work, success, or survival required them to become.
Performance is not the enemy. It is often how we survive, build, lead, love, and belong.
But at some point, the performed life starts to cost too much.
The Performance to Presence Method is a way of seeing what has been running beneath the surface, meeting it honestly, and learning to live from a deeper centre.
The life you have learned to manage, achieve, and present.
The emotional and relational loops that keep repeating.
The deeper material asking to be seen and named.
The conversations, choices, and disciplines that integrate insight.
The capacity to live, love, lead, and create from what is real.
This journey is supported by four areas of work: Identity Work, Inner Skills, Philosophy & Play, and Practices.
